poor service small portions
the SERVICE fell short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. upon arrival , no one assisted with luggage from the taxi. i carried my own bags to the taxi at departure , despite completing checkout the previous evening , and NO assistance was offered from the reception DESK. furthermore , the breakfast lacked variety , and a la carte portions were TOO small.

i really liked the hotel's location because its very near to the main attractions. i appreciate the staffs, they are very kind, friendly and also helpful. i love the design, its practical and also gorgeous and i like the attention to details that they give.
my room had a bit of noise from the street in the morning, but it was manageable.

Excellent hotel in central location
helpful staff high quality thoughtful touch super clean space
I found the staff helpful. They assisted with dinner reservations. Breakfast offered many choices. The quality was VERY high. The hotel provided a welcome drink. I appreciated this thoughtful touch. My room was cleaned daily, I always returned to a super clean space.
The key card was a bit temperamental. it sometimes took a few tries to get the lights on. Though it was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast featured many options, from fresh fruit to pastries. The hotel restaurant, Luca's, is a one-star Michelin restaurant and offers really good dishes. I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients used for each meal.

friendly staff spacious room thoughtful design
The staff were cute and helpful! marinella, riccardo, and luca were very professional and friendly. they greeted and welcomed me each time i saw them. the room was immaculate and very comfortable. it was light, airy, and very spacious. A very cute atmosphere. the room was also well equipped with all essentials and a well-thought-out design and amenities.
the hotel needs to ensure a porter is always available at the entrance. i had to manage my luggage alone to the taxi upon departure. a hotel of this standard should offer assistance without prompting.

The location worked well and I was close to everything. Staff helped me with directions I needed. The bar area had nice cocktails to purchase.
The rooms were small, and the bathroom felt cramped. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room I was in. I had no iron, so my clothes were wrinkled.

central location nice touch
i adored the central location. it made all the main attractions easily accessible. the breakfast a la carte was also wonderful. the staff remembered my order after the first day, a really nice touch.
the room felt smaller than expected, particularly the bathroom. storage space was limited. i struggled with the tight space.

excellent location delicious breakfast friendly staff water pressure non-slip mat kettle absence
The location was excellent. It made sightseeing very easy. Breakfast each morning included delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower lacked adequate water pressure. I also noticed the absence of a non-slip mat in the shower. My room did not include a kettle.
